You can chek it reimporting the still to DVR, then right click on clip attributes on the source image on the media pool, and change data levels to "video", then "full". Select the Blade tool and cut the clip on the playhead. Move one frame forward with the right arrow key. Cut the clip on the playhead. Zoom in to see better.
